Last Saturday we went on a hike to Lion’s Head with some friends from school. It was a nice trip with an amazing panoramic view all over Cape Town.
This hike is much easier than the Table Mountain Hike Platteklip Gorge hike. It’s a level A hike, so it is perfect for beginners. To get to Lion’s Head you have to drive towards Table Mountain and Camps Bay, and take the Signal Hill turn-off.
It only takes 2 hours to go up and down.
We started our day in Sea Point and went to the bottom of Lionshead by Uber.
Even though we had some rain and clouds, the view was amazing and everyone was so happy when we arrived on top of the mountain!
Moreover, we saw a rainbow 😉
Some of us even had enough power to do some crazy stuff like this.
It is also really nice in the evening. So stay there until sunset!
