Exam Preparation
IELTS and TOEFL
These courses consist of Standard English classes in the morning, followed by exam preparation (either IELTS or TOEFL) in the afternoon.
Students wanting to take these exams in Cape Town are advised to book the exam before the course starts as the exam centres have limited spaces available.
Cambridge FCE, CAE and CPE
These exam preparation courses take place three times a year, starting in January, March/April and September/October. Exam dates are set by Cambridge ESOL and exams are taken in March, June and December.
Courses are intensive and focus on both language (grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation) and skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) work relevant to each exam. Full mock exams are regularly administered to ensure that students are suitably prepared for their exams.
