Superior Accommodation – ih Lodge
Milton Lodge is a self-catering house centrally located in Sea Point. The area around the house is packed with coffee shops, restaurants and internet cafes.
Crisp white linens and towels are standard and oversize couches and a big flat screen television & cable TV completes the home-away-from-home feeling. Facilities include a communal kitchen, lounge and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a Eurogas Cooker. There is a braai (barbeque) area as well as laundry facilities.

Superior Accommodation – ih Flats
These 10 newly-renovated rooms are within a secure apartment complex and are tastefully decorated. It is set amongst the many cafes, restaurants and boutiques of the bustling Regent Road and is 200 metres from the IH Cape Town Language Centre. This accommodation has a fully-fitted kitchen for students’ use. Students who choose this accommodation will be given a breakfast voucher for a local cafe.

The variety of guesthouse within the Sea Point area gives our students the ability to live in a more luxurious type of individually-run guesthouse, with a more personal service for students to enjoy should they be interested.
Cape Town is renowned for its backpacking industry, which has now moved onto greater levels and are often referred to as flashbackers. Within walking distance or a short taxi ride, there are an abundance of these near IH Cape Town.

Superior Homestay
This choice of accommodation is perfect for students wanting to experience the South African culture while learning English. Students are accommodated in a comfortable room either on their own or sharing with a friend. Our students are carefully matched with a family which is why we ask for students to send as much information about themselves as possible.
Students will be provided with the following:
