Rock the River SA Easter is set on the picturesque Berg River on the Buffallo Drift resort, only 80 minutes from Cape Town along the R44.
Rock the River SA boasts a state of the art sound and lighting rig, just a stone’s throw away from the Berg river. Perfectly nestled under a large cozy Bedouin tent, you will be perfectly sheltered from the elements at all times.
The newest addition to the festival is the upstairs comedy club, keeping your spirit chuckling way into the evenings with a monster line-up of legendary and emerging bands.
For those who enjoy a festival lineup packed to the brim, The Rubadub crew will be taking you to sunrise with plenty of worthy beats, like only the Rubadub guys could conjure up.
Everyday luxuries like hot showers and clean toilets will be there to keep you satisfied from day 1.
For camping, there are 2 options available to you, you can park and camp or park and explore. There is plenty of shaded camping along the river, but unfortunately there is no vehicle access.
If you want to chill out and get away from the hustle and bustle of festival life, Rock the River have Exile Island, a whole island littered with bean bags and a bar, the perfect place for a jam session.
State of the art sound rigs, two awesome vibes, Live bands, DJ’s. Comedy club, 3 fully stocked bars with drink specials, food markets, merchandise tables, crafts markets, competitions, ATMs, pub quizzes, bonfires and swimming, what more could you ask for?

Bring: Your ticket, tent, mattresses, camping chairs, torches, sleeping bag, duvet, sun block, insect repellent, toilet paper, camera, cap or hat, something warm, towel, pillow, headache pills, acoustic instruments, your hot sister, money, sunglasses, condoms, swimming kit and don’t forget Good vibes.

Glass bottles (please decant into plastic bottles), littering, fires, fireworks, domestic animals, graffiti, bad attitudes, weapons, independent sound systems, illegal substances. NO OPEN FIRES
